Standing Tall is part of my Meadow series of mixed media paintings on deep wood panels. Each piece explores the tangle of wild flowers and graphic shapes that I find in the fields that surround my studio by The Thames, which I deconstruct into abstracted layers of texture and mark-making. The colours change through each season and are inspirational in so many ways.
